bjapp Terms and Conditions – Pakistan Online Betting

Welcome to bjapp. These Terms and Conditions ("Terms") form the entire agreement between you ("the Player") and bjapp ("the Platform", "we", "us", "our") regarding your use of the services available at bjapp.click. By registering an account, making a deposit, or placing any bet on bjapp, you confirm that you have read, understood and agreed to every clause in these Terms. If you do not agree, do not use the platform.

These Terms apply to all products and features on bjapp including the Online Casino, Aviator and Crash Games, Virtual Sports, Jackpot Slots, Baccarat, Live Casino, and the bjapp VIP Club. Specific promotions may carry additional terms that supplement but do not override these general Terms.

1 Acceptance of Terms

By accessing bjapp in any way — visiting the website, creating an account, depositing funds, or placing a wager — you agree to be bound by these Terms in full. Your continued use of bjapp after any amendment to these Terms constitutes acceptance of the updated version.

These Terms are effective from 1 January 2025 and supersede all previous versions. bjapp reserves the right to amend these Terms at any time. 2 Eligibility

2.1 Age Requirement

You must be at least 18 years of age to register an account and use any paid feature of bjapp. This is a hard minimum, not a guideline. bjapp conducts age verification checks at account registration and may request identity documentation at any time. Any account found to belong to a person under 18 will be immediately closed and all funds held will be processed according to applicable law.

2.2 Geographic Eligibility

bjapp is designed and operated for players located in Pakistan. You are responsible for verifying that your use of online betting services complies with the laws applicable to you in your specific location and jurisdiction. If you access bjapp from a jurisdiction where online gambling is prohibited or restricted, you do so at your own risk and bjapp accepts no liability for any consequences arising from such access.

2.3 Single Account Rule

Each person may hold exactly one bjapp account. Registering multiple accounts — whether under the same name, the same mobile number, the same device, the same IP address, or the same household — is strictly prohibited and will result in permanent closure of all related accounts and forfeiture of any pending withdrawals.

3 Account Registration

3.1 Accurate Information

When registering on bjapp, you are required to provide truthful, accurate and complete information including your full legal name, date of birth, Pakistani mobile number and a valid email address. Providing false information is grounds for immediate account suspension and forfeiture of funds.

3.2 Account Security

You are solely responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your bjapp login credentials. Do not share your password with any person or use the same password you use on other websites. bjapp will never ask for your full password via email, chat or phone. If you suspect your account has been accessed without your authorisation, contact our support team immediately at support@bjapp.click and change your password from a secure device.

3.3 Identity Verification (KYC)

bjapp may require identity verification at any point, including before processing a withdrawal. Accepted documents include a Pakistani CNIC (Computerised National Identity Card), a valid passport, or a driver's licence. Verification typically completes within 24 hours. bjapp will not process any withdrawal from an account that has not completed the requested verification steps.

4 Deposits and Withdrawals (PKR)

4.1 Accepted Payment Methods

bjapp accepts the following deposit and withdrawal methods for Pakistani players: Easypaisa, JazzCash, NayaPay, SadaPay, bank transfer via IBFT, and Visa/Mastercard debit or credit cards. All transactions on bjapp are denominated in Pakistani Rupees (PKR). No currency conversion is applied and no conversion fees are charged by bjapp.

4.2 Minimum and Maximum Transactions

• Minimum deposit: Rs 200
• Minimum withdrawal: Rs 500
• Standard daily withdrawal limit: Rs 5,00,000
• VIP Platinum and Diamond players: higher limits available on request

4.3 Withdrawal Processing Times

Standard Easypaisa and JazzCash withdrawals process within 7 minutes on average. IBFT bank transfers complete within 1 to 3 business hours during banking hours. Visa/Mastercard withdrawals take 1 to 3 business days. These are processing targets, not guarantees — bjapp is not liable for delays caused by your payment provider or bank.

4.4 Payment Source Matching

Withdrawals must be sent to a payment method registered in the same name as the bjapp account. bjapp will not process withdrawals to third-party accounts, to a different person's Easypaisa wallet, or to payment methods that are not registered to the account holder. Requests that do not meet this requirement will be returned pending updated withdrawal details.

4.5 Declined or Reversed Transactions

If a deposit is declined by your bank or payment provider, bjapp is not liable for any failure to process the transaction. Contact your payment provider directly. If a deposited amount is subsequently reversed or charged back by your bank, bjapp will suspend the account pending resolution and may recover any funds that were wagered using the reversed amount.

5 Bonuses and Promotions

5.1 Bonus Eligibility

All bonuses and promotional offers on bjapp are available to registered players who meet the specific eligibility criteria stated in the individual offer. Unless explicitly stated otherwise, welcome bonuses are available to new accounts making their first deposit only. One bonus per person, per household and per device applies to all time-limited promotions.

5.2 Wagering Requirements

All deposit match bonuses and free spin awards carry wagering requirements unless explicitly stated otherwise. The wagering requirement for a given offer is stated on the promotional page before you opt in. Wagering requirements specify how many times the bonus amount (or bonus plus deposit, where specified) must be wagered on eligible games before the bonus balance becomes withdrawable as real PKR.

5.3 Bonus Expiry

All bonus balances and associated free spins expire within the timeframe stated in the individual offer terms — typically 7 or 30 days from award. Expired bonus balances are forfeited automatically. bjapp does not extend bonus expiry periods as a standard practice.

5.4 Bonus Abuse

bjapp actively monitors for bonus abuse, including but not limited to: using bonuses while placing low-risk or mathematically advantaged bet patterns designed to complete wagering requirements with minimal actual play; creating multiple accounts to claim the same offer; coordinating with other players to claim bonuses in concert. Where bjapp identifies bonus abuse, all associated bonus balances will be forfeited and the account may be restricted or closed.

5.5 VIP Cashback

Weekly PKR cashback awarded through the bjapp VIP Club is credited as real money — not bonus balance — and carries no wagering requirement unless specifically stated otherwise in a particular week's VIP communication. Standard cashback on bjapp VIP is always clearly labelled as either real money or bonus funds at the point of award.

6 Gameplay Rules

6.1 Game Fairness and RNG

All non-live games on bjapp — including jackpot slots, crash games, Aviator, and virtual sports — use certified Random Number Generator (RNG) software that is independently audited by third-party testing laboratories. bjapp does not modify any game's payout behaviour, and each spin, round or game outcome is statistically independent of all preceding outcomes. RTP figures are accurate as published by the game provider and verified through audit reports.

6.2 Live Casino Games

Live dealer games on bjapp — including all Baccarat variants, Dragon Tiger and Speed Baccarat — are streamed in real time from professionally certified studio environments. Results are determined by physical cards dealt by human dealers under controlled conditions. Technical malfunctions that disrupt a live game round will result in the round being voided and all bets returned. bjapp is not liable for player decisions made on the basis of incomplete information during a technical disruption.

6.3 Bet Voidance and Errors

bjapp reserves the right to void any bet placed in error, placed on an event that has been suspended or incorrectly priced, or placed using a platform error that gives the player an unfair advantage. Voided bets are refunded to the player balance at the original stake amount. No additional compensation is payable for a voided bet.

6.4 Disconnection Policy

If your internet connection drops after a bet has been accepted and the game round has commenced, the round will be completed server-side and the result will be applied to your account. Results from completed rounds are final regardless of your connection status during play. bjapp recommends using a stable internet connection, particularly for live casino games where delays can affect your awareness of the table state.

7 Prohibited Conduct

The following activities are strictly prohibited on bjapp and will result in immediate account suspension, permanent closure, forfeiture of any balance and referral to relevant authorities where appropriate:

• Using a VPN, proxy or other technical means to misrepresent your geographic location or identity
• Attempting to exploit software bugs, glitches or errors in any bjapp game or platform feature
• Using automated software, bots, scripts or other tools to interact with bjapp games or place bets
• Colluding with other players in live dealer games, including communicating hand information in real time
• Depositing funds originating from unlawful activity or using bjapp for any form of money laundering
• Providing false identity information, including using another person's payment method or identity documents
• Threatening, harassing or abusing bjapp staff, live dealers or other players through any communication channel
• Deliberately attempting to manipulate the outcome of any game or event listed on bjapp
• Engaging in fraudulent chargebacks on deposits made to your bjapp account

8 VIP Club

The bjapp VIP Club is a loyalty programme available to all registered players. Membership is earned through consistent, active play and is assessed on a regular basis. VIP tiers — Bronze, Silver, Gold, Platinum and Diamond — carry progressively higher benefits including weekly PKR cashback, dedicated account managers, higher withdrawal limits and access to exclusive promotions.

VIP status is assessed on a rolling basis. bjapp reserves the right to adjust a player's VIP tier — including downgrading — based on changes in activity levels. VIP status does not guarantee specific benefits in perpetuity. Any changes to VIP tier benefits will be communicated to affected members in advance.

9 Responsible Gaming

bjapp is committed to responsible gaming. We believe that gambling should be entertaining — a recreational activity, not a financial strategy or a way to recover losses. We provide the following tools to every registered player at no cost:

• Deposit limits: Set daily, weekly or monthly limits on deposits from your account settings
• Session timers: Receive alerts after a set period of continuous play
• Cool-off periods: Temporarily restrict your account for a chosen period (24 hours to 6 weeks)

bjapp does not sell personal data to third parties for their own marketing purposes. 11 Intellectual Property

All content on bjapp — including but not limited to the brand name, logo, website design, game graphics, promotional materials, and written content — is the intellectual property of bjapp or its licensed content providers. You may not reproduce, distribute, modify, transmit, or use any content from bjapp without prior written permission.

Game software is licensed by bjapp from third-party game providers. All game provider intellectual property remains with the respective provider. The bjapp brand and any bjapp-specific features, names and content are proprietary to bjapp and protected under applicable law.

12 Limitation of Liability

bjapp provides its services on an "as is" basis. To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, bjapp excludes all warranties, express or implied, regarding the platform's fitness for any particular purpose, uninterrupted availability, or freedom from technical errors.

bjapp's total liability to any player in connection with any claim arising from these Terms or the use of the platform shall not exceed the value of funds held in the player's bjapp account at the time of the relevant event. bjapp is not liable for any indirect, consequential, incidental or special damages arising from your use of the platform, including loss of winnings alleged to result from technical failures where the underlying bet was not accepted by the server.

13 Amendments to These Terms

bjapp reserves the right to amend, update or replace these Terms at any time. We will notify registered players of any material changes through the email address associated with their account at least 7 days before the new terms take effect. For minor amendments — such as clarification of existing clauses or correction of typographical errors — notice may be given by updating this page without direct email communication.

The "Last Updated" date at the top of this page reflects the most recent revision. If you continue to use bjapp after a revised version of the Terms has been posted and any required notice period has elapsed, you are deemed to have accepted the new Terms. If you do not agree with any amendment, you should cease using bjapp and may request account closure by contacting support.
