This Privacy Policy explains how bjapp ("the Platform", "we", "us", "our") collects, processes, stores and protects the personal information of players who register and use the services available at bjapp.click. bjapp does not collect sensitive personal data such as biometric data, health information, religious affiliation or political views. The only exception is if you voluntarily provide such information in a support communication — in which case it is used solely to address your query and is not stored beyond what is necessary for that purpose.
3 How bjapp Collects Your Data
3.1 Directly From You
The majority of your personal data is collected directly when you interact with bjapp. This includes when you register an account, complete identity verification, make a deposit or withdrawal, use live chat support, update your account settings, or opt into a promotion. You always know when you are providing data directly because it involves you actively entering information into a bjapp form or interface.
3.2 Automatically Through Technology
bjapp automatically collects certain technical data each time you visit or interact with the platform. This is limited to confirmation of whether the transaction succeeded, the amount, and the payment reference. Full payment credentials — such as your full Easypaisa PIN or full card number — are never shared with bjapp by the payment processor.
3.4 From Identity Verification Services
bjapp uses certified identity verification services to confirm the authenticity of CNIC documents and other identity proofs provided during KYC. These services return a verification result (passed or failed) and relevant confirmed data fields. All document images used in verification are processed securely and deleted from third-party systems following verification completion.
4 Why bjapp Processes Your Data
Every piece of data bjapp collects is processed for a specific, legitimate purpose. We do not collect data speculatively or build data profiles beyond what is needed to operate the platform safely and fairly.
- Account management: Creating and maintaining your bjapp account, processing login, managing password resets and account security settings
- Payment processing: Accepting PKR deposits, processing withdrawals to Easypaisa, JazzCash and other Pakistani payment methods, reconciling transaction records
- Identity and age verification: Confirming that you are over 18, that your identity documents are genuine, and that you are the actual account holder making withdrawal requests
- Fraud prevention and security: Detecting duplicate accounts, identifying unusual login patterns, preventing money laundering, and protecting your account from unauthorised access
- Regulatory compliance: Meeting our obligations under applicable laws and regulations, including responding to lawful requests from relevant authorities

5 Payment Data and PKR Transactions
Because bjapp operates exclusively in Pakistani Rupees and uses Pakistani payment infrastructure, the way we handle financial data is tailored specifically to the local payment ecosystem. This section explains how your Easypaisa, JazzCash, and other PKR payment data is handled on bjapp.
5.1 What We Store
bjapp stores a reference identifier linked to your registered payment method — for example, the mobile number registered to your Easypaisa or JazzCash account — along with a history of your transaction amounts and timestamps. We do not store your full payment credentials, PINs, OTPs, or any authentication data for your payment accounts. These remain exclusively between you and your payment provider.
5.2 Payment Source Verification
To prevent fraud and money laundering, bjapp verifies that deposits and withdrawals are associated with payment methods registered in the same name as the bjapp account. This requires us to store and cross-reference the name on your payment account with the name on your bjapp account and your verified CNIC. This matching process is a security measure that protects you as a player.
5.3 Transaction Record Retention
All PKR transaction records — deposits, withdrawals, and internal transfers such as bonus credits and VIP cashback — are retained for a minimum of 7 years from the date of the transaction. This retention period is required for financial compliance and audit purposes and cannot be shortened on individual request. Detailed transaction records are available to you through your bjapp account transaction history at any time.
6 Who bjapp Shares Your Data With
bjapp does not sell your personal data to any third party for their own commercial purposes. This is an absolute commitment, not a qualified statement. The only circumstances under which bjapp shares your personal data are the following:
6.1 Payment Processors
We share the minimum necessary data with Easypaisa, JazzCash, NayaPay, SadaPay and card payment processors to facilitate your PKR deposits and withdrawals. This is strictly limited to what each processor needs to execute the transaction and does not include your gaming history or account balance.
6.2 Identity Verification Partners
CNIC and document verification is conducted through certified identity verification service providers. Identity documents submitted for KYC are shared with these providers solely for the purpose of verification and are not retained by them beyond the verification process.
6.3 Game Content Providers
The live casino and slot game providers whose games are available on bjapp may receive limited anonymised gameplay data for the purpose of game performance monitoring and RTP auditing. This data cannot be used to identify individual bjapp players.
6.4 Legal and Regulatory Authorities

- Access controls: Internal access to personal data is restricted on a need-to-know basis. bjapp staff cannot access account details without logging a justified reason, and all internal data access is audited
- Two-factor authentication: Available to all bjapp players for their account login, providing an additional layer of protection beyond the password
- Fraud monitoring: Automated systems monitor for unusual account activity — such as logins from new devices or locations — and flag these for review
- Security testing: bjapp's platform undergoes regular security assessments including penetration testing by independent security professionals
8 Cookies and Tracking Technologies

bjapp does not use third-party advertising cookies or track your activity across other websites. Analytics data is processed in aggregate and cannot be used to identify individual players. 9 How Long We Keep Your Data
bjapp retains personal data for as long as is necessary for the purpose it was collected, or as required by applicable law. The following retention periods apply:
- Active account data: Retained for the duration of your bjapp account plus 7 years following account closure
- Transaction and financial records: 7 years from the date of each transaction (financial compliance requirement)
- Identity verification documents: 5 years from the date of verification or account closure, whichever is later
- Support and communication records: 3 years from the date of the last communication
- Technical and device data: 12 months on a rolling basis for security and fraud monitoring purposes
- Marketing preferences and opt-in records: For the duration of the account plus 3 years, to demonstrate that marketing was sent with valid consent
When a retention period expires and there is no legal or operational reason to keep the data, bjapp will delete or anonymise it securely. Anonymised aggregated data — which cannot be linked back to any individual player — may be retained indefinitely for platform analytics and reporting purposes.
10 Your Privacy Rights as a bjapp Player

Right to Access
Request a copy of all personal data bjapp holds about you. We will provide this in a readable format within 14 working days of a verified request.
Right to Rectification
Ask us to correct personal data that is inaccurate or incomplete. Most contact details can be updated directly through your bjapp account settings.
Right to Erasure
Request deletion of your personal data. Note that data subject to legal retention obligations (financial records) cannot be deleted before those periods expire.
Right to Object
Object to processing of your data for marketing purposes. Opt out at any time by updating preferences in your account settings or contacting support.
Right to Restriction
Ask bjapp to pause processing of your data in certain circumstances — for example, while a dispute about its accuracy is being resolved.

11 Children and Minors
bjapp's services are strictly intended for individuals who are 18 years of age or older. We do not knowingly collect personal data from anyone under 18. Age verification is conducted at account registration and may be repeated as part of ongoing KYC processes.
If bjapp discovers that an account belongs to a person under 18, the account will be immediately closed, all gameplay data will be deleted, and any deposited funds will be returned to the original payment source in accordance with applicable law. If you have reason to believe that a minor has accessed bjapp using your payment details or device, contact support immediately at support@bjapp.click.
bjapp also takes steps to ensure that our marketing communications are not targeted at minors. We do not use data collected from bjapp to profile or target users based on age in any way that would make our platform more appealing to underage users.
12 Changes to This Privacy Policy
bjapp reviews this Privacy Policy regularly to ensure it remains accurate and reflects changes to how the platform operates or applicable legal requirements. Any material changes — meaning changes that affect your rights or how your data is used — will be communicated to registered players via the email address associated with their account at least 7 days before the changes take effect.
Minor updates — such as clarifications of existing practices, corrections to typographical errors, or updates to contact details — may be made without direct email notification. The "Last Updated" date at the top of this page always reflects the most recent revision.
If you continue to use bjapp after a revised Privacy Policy has been published and the applicable notice period has elapsed, you are considered to have accepted the updated Policy. If you do not agree with the changes, you may close your account by contacting support.
